XA-9011
Stabond
XA-9011 is a fast drying, VOC free high strength adhesive formulated
for spray applications.
Open time is 3 minutes on porous substrates such as flexible polyurethane
foam, 7 minutes on EPS foam and up to 15 minutes in non porous surfaces
like high pressure laminates. Open time will be affected by temperature
and humidity.

XA-9011 is very fast drying and non fogging, in contrast with water
based products that need as long as 45 minutes drying time (winter)
and that by fogging, contaminate large areas around the actual spray
site, including the worker's hair and nose.
XA-9011 has excellent adhesion to vinyl and metals. Bonds made with
this product are resistant to plasticizer migration and resistant
to water, acids, alkalies, oil and most solvents metals bonds are
non rusting.
Stabond
XA-9011 adhesive bonds improve when exposed to heat. This property
makes XA-9011 ideal for applications such as automobile headliners
and high pressure laminating.
The solvent used in XA-9011 is acetone, which is one of the least
hazardous solvents, with a TLV (threshold limit value) of 750 ppm.
Acetone is classified as a non VOC solvent by Southern California
AQMD under rule 102. Acetone does not need to be reported to AQMD
or EPA, but since it is flammable, user must comply with local fire
department rules.
Stabond
XA-9011 gives excellent spray patterns that combined with the product's
high solids (26%) result in high coverage per gallon (350ft2/gallon)
as opposed to water based products that have high solids, but that
due to their self leveling characteristic, do not produce the expected
high mileage.
